Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Zen Mist. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We primarily ship to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (US): Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.

Please note: Singing bowls are heavy and delicate items. We take extra care and use specialized protective materials in packaging them to ensure they arrive safely. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high shipping volumes or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually takes 48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Yusail LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages During Transit If your singing bowl or any other item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thezenmist.shop with clear photos or a video.
