Return and Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your singing bowl must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. All accompanying accessories (including mallets, cushions, and presentation boxes) must be included. 

3. The Nature of Handcrafted Singing Bowls
Please note: Our singing bowls are individually handcrafted. Slight variations in size, color, tuning, frequency, and surface hammer marks are natural characteristics of the artisanal process and are not considered defects. Returns based strictly on personal sound preference are treated as standard returns.

4. Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception. Due to the heavy and somewhat fragile nature of metal/crystal bowls, if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thezenmist.shop with clear photos or a video. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

5. Return Shipping and Packaging
For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
CRITICAL: Singing bowls are heavy items. You must pack the bowl securely using original or equivalent protective materials. If the item sustains damage during the return transit due to insufficient packaging by the customer, Yusail LLC reserves the right to deduct the damage cost from the refund or reject the refund entirely. 

6. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thezenmist.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
